But how exactly does Carreira+ work? According to Vincius Gross, co-founder of the platform and executive director at AdsiveU, the HR professional draws up a short, medium, and long-term career plan for each employee and then records the activities related to this plan on the platform.

Each employee’s progress is measured based on these activities, including the development of knowledge, technical skills, and behavioral skills. The sum of these elements forms each employee’s individual career plan. “The platform also makes communication easier as it centralizes communication between employees and managers,” says Gross.

Carreira+’s biggest difference is its modern, simple, and intuitive approach. Both professionals and managers can clearly monitor the goals set, the evolutions achieved, and the progress made. This motivates employees and involves them more deeply with the company, providing recognition for their efforts.

It transforms the relationship between professional and company, with more proactivity and awareness in decision-making”, he explains.

Carreira+: Blockchain-based scoring

Another benefit of the platform is the opportunity for employees to exchange accumulated points for prizes and experiences within the platform. These rewards can include shopping vouchers, development courses, trips, products, and much more, creating a virtuous cycle of engagement.

“Right now, we are closing a partner hub that will be available soon, such as a professional who provides personalized career planning and HR guidance, with packages that vary according to the size of the company, discounts at Alura, a platform for technology courses and, at Efetiva Saúde, a mental health platform, with online therapy sessions and guided meditations. These will be modules that can be purchased separately from Carreira+”.

A notable feature of Carreira+ is its blockchain-based scoring program, housed on the Hathor Network, which offers a reliable solution to store, track, and verify participant scores, ensuring transparency and security throughout the process. The network also allows for greater decentralization, meaning scoring information is not subject to manipulation or fraud by a single centralized entity.

Carreira+ was launched in August 2023 and already has some customers in the testing phase. The initial response has been extremely positive, as companies recognize the potential of this solution to drive growth and enhance the development of their employees. Gross believes in expanding the platform here in Brazil and internationalization combined with product improvement.
